The amount of time we have here on this planet is limited and nothing is ever guaranteed in this lifetime. The only thing promised is death, and that fate is sealed for each of us as soon as we enter this world. Many of us get so attached and caught up in our daily lives, time zooms by, and we sit there still wondering why we’re not accomplishing what it is we really want to do on this earth. Whether that’s creating healthier habits for ourselves, building/maintaining relationships, or to simply pursue opportunities that would benefit our overall happiness. Many of us create excuses whether it’s caring too much of other’s opinions, self sabotaging cycles, or plain and simple not having enough love for ourselves. Everyone has their reasons why they feel they can’t be living to their best potential, but truth of the matter is none of it matters. Regardless of who any of us are, we will all eventually leave this earth, and the world will continue to spin just like it was yesterday. With this limited time here why not surround yourself with those you love, create what it is you love, and have that love for yourself when you know it’s time to walk away from a situation that’s no longer providing growth. Don’t live for others expectations, but rather live for you! You’re already whole, and you’re already everything you need to accomplish what it is you want in this lifetime. Start your happiness today whatever that looks like to YOU. And be sure to appreciate the journey of life because the beauty stems from both the ups and the downs. Now I know many of this is easier said then done, I myself am very much still learning and healing each and every day.
